Welding & Pastor Training Mission, Nepal February 2023
God showed up in a big way and this is WHY we do what we do!
In 5-days they had over 50 hours of welding training!! We outfitted 7 new welding shops! What an incredible mission. Jim and David were honored with Nepali hats and wonderful gifts. A total of 34 pastors received Leadership training, 14 men learned welding and successfully passed their tests, and 7 new MCM welding shops were setup. God be praised abundantly for his incredible faithfulness to these men!
Update From Past Nepal Missions
MCM previously held two welding classes with Lapka, a Nepali man we have gotten to know who owns his own welding business. We trained approximately 25 men to weld in those two classes. As a result of those two past trainings, three of those men started their own small welding businesses, another man we taught not only started his own business, but he now has over 30 employees! And God be praised, another of these men also accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior and he also started his own welding business!
All together teaching those 25 men has led to more than 80 men having employment as a welder. That means 80 men and their families now have an income in which to have a better life. God be praised for this!
